- Maximum advance - 60% of current site value + 60% of development costs. For selected development sites located in London and the South East of England, funding of up to 75% of costs is available.
- Maximum loan to GDV - 60%
- Interest rates agreed by negotiation
- Fees - 2% in & 2% out (exit fee is calculated on facility amount, not sales value)
- Maximum loan term - 24 months
- Minimum Loan amount - £500k
- Maximum loan amount - £5m
