Peter Owen - Head of Property Development Lending

Peter heads up the team and has over 30 years experience working in senior roles with major lenders including HSBC and West Bromwich Building Society. Peter has managed property development transactions at all levels, including some significant residential and commercial new builds in London, the Midlands and the North West.

Simon Knowles - Property Development Manager

Simon has spent the last 2 years managing the Aldermore development portfolio and is now responsible for sourcing new business, predominantly in the South East. He has 10 years experience in the sector, having previously worked at Davenham Property Finance in Birmingham, sourcing and managing development facilities between £1m and £5m and prior to that as Senior Business Manager with NatWest in Birmingham.

Simon Green - Property Development Manager

Simon Green has recently joined the Property Development Team, having spent over 10 years structuring and funding residential schemes across the country for other specialist development funders, including Dunbar. Simon will concentrate his marketing activities in the Midlands and South East.

Tracy Aldred - Property Development Manager

Tracy has recently joined the Property Development Team, having spent the previous 2 years working as a Commercial Mortgage Lending Manager with Aldermore. Prior to joining Aldermore, Tracy worked as a Senior Business Development Manager for NatWest managing a mixed portfolio including Property Developers and a range of SMEs. Tracy will focus her efforts in the South East, South West and South Midlands.

 
Andy Sears - Property Development Manager

Andy joined the Property Development Team at Aldermore in February 2013, having previously worked with Aldermore Invoice Finance. Previous to that, Andy spent 7 years with NatWest Bank sourcing new property development business to the bank, predominantly in London and the South East. Andy has experience of structuring a number of large residential and commercial development facilities between £500k and £5m in the London area with both developers and small to medium sized builders.
