Aldermore Bank has appointed Derek Davidson as lending manager for Scotland. His appointment will help support Aldermore’s continued growth plans for the Scottish real estate market – via both intermediaries and direct channels, providing lending facilities in areas such as commercial mortgages, owner occupied loans and residential and commercial investment.

Derek brings extensive knowledge of the commercial banking market to his role, with 30 years of experience supporting SME clients throughout Scotland. He has previously held positions at the Bank of Scotland and Clydesdale Bank.
