These strategically located properties will cater to the growing demand and need for quality housing in the student market, offering convenient access to city centre amenities and transport links. These Russell Group located schemes are rated at EPC B+.
Bathford management team are highly experienced with a proven track record in the student accommodation sector spanning over 20 years. The company’s principal directors, Richard Crawshay Jones and Neil Young, bring a combined 40 years of expertise and are active industry voices, championing the sectors continued drive forwards.
