Aldermore today launches new and reduced limited edition buy to let and residential owner occupier mortgage products.


Aldermore is introducing new limited edition rates, effective from today 12 July 2024.

The products are priced as per below, with zero, 1.50% and 5% fee options available on buy to let:

 

Buy to let limited editions

Individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties

  • Reduced 5 year fixed at 65% LTV, rates from 4.89%
  • New 5 year fixed at 75% LTV, rates from 4.99%

Multi property product for individual and company landlords with residential investment properties

  • Reduced 5 year fixed at 65% LTV, rates from 4.79%
  • New 5 year fixed at 75% LTV, rates from 4.89%

 

Residential owner occupier level 1 limited editions

New limited editions with zero fee, all products up to 80% LTV:

  • 2 year fixed from 5.79% 
  • 5 year fixed from 5.34%
