What happens if the rates being offered change before my maturity date?

We’ll contact you a minimum of 21 calendar days before your account matures to explain your options and show you the current interest rates available.

If the interest rates change between us sending you the maturity information and your maturity date, you’ll get the following rates as long as you provide your maturity instructions before your maturity date:

• if the rates increase, you’ll automatically get the higher rate
• if the rates decrease, we guarantee that you’ll get the rate shown in your maturity letter
